What does The Pretty Plug Designs sell?

We create editable Canva templates, digital eBooks, business guides, planners, and credit education resources to help you create, brand, and grow. We also offer custom design and branding services.

Will I receive a physical product?

Products labeled digital download do not include a physical item. Check the product description before purchasing to see exactly what’s included.

How do I receive my digital purchase?

After your payment is confirmed, check your order confirmation and any separate download email for access instructions. Depending on the product, you may receive a downloadable file or a PDF containing your Canva template link.

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if you don’t see your email.

How do I open my Canva template?

1. Download and open the access file included with your purchase.

2. Click the Canva template link.

3. Sign in to your Canva account or create a free account.

4. Follow Canva’s prompt to open your own editable copy.

5. Customize your design, then download your finished version.

Keep your access file so you can find your template again.

Do I need Canva Pro?

Check the individual product listing for its Canva requirements. Templates labeled Free Canva Compatible can be edited using a free Canva account.

If you add premium photos, fonts, or elements, Canva may require Pro or a separate payment to use them. You can replace those additions with free alternatives.

What can I customize?

Depending on the template, you can change text, colors, fonts, photos, prices, services, dates, and business details. Some decorative details may be part of a flattened image and cannot be edited separately.

Can I edit my template on my phone?

Yes! You can edit Canva templates through the Canva app or a web browser. For detailed designs or larger bundles, a computer may be easier to use.

How do I download my finished design?

In Canva, select Share → Download, choose your file type, and download.

• PNG or JPG: Social media posts and digital graphics.

• PDF Print: Designs you plan to print.

Check the template dimensions and your printer’s requirements before printing.

Can I use the templates for my business?

Templates may be used according to the license included with the product. Check the listing for permitted business and client uses.

Buying a template does not automatically give you permission to resell it, share its editable link, or give it away.

Can I resell or share my purchase?

Unless a product explicitly includes resale rights, you may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files or editable Canva links. Any special license permissions will be stated in the product description.

Do you offer refunds?

What if my download or template link isn’t working?

Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Are customization services included?

Unless the listing says otherwise, editable templates are designed for you to customize yourself. If you’d like us to personalize a design or create something custom, contact us to discuss your project and pricing.

Do your credit education resources guarantee results?

No. Our credit resources provide educational information and tools. They do not guarantee score increases, removal of accurate information, credit approvals, or funding. Results depend on your individual circumstances.
